The Food Basket is Hawaii Island’s food bank, making sure every family has good food on their table. Its DA BUX program helps SNAP recipients bring home fresh, local produce while supporting Hawaii farmers.

Friends of the Children’s Justice Center

Friends of the Children’s Justice Center East Hawaii is a nonprofit helping keiki who have experienced abuse or neglect feel safe again. From emergency clothing to everyday opportunities, it gives every child the chance to just be a kid.

Make-A-Wish Hawaii grants life-changing wishes for keiki facing critical illnesses, from dream trips to meeting a hero. A wish can give keiki the courage to keep up with treatment and help their families feel hopeful again.
