Giving Machine Hawaii

In 2024, Hawai‘i’s Giving Machines achieved a record-breaking year, raising over $245,000 to support 18 local nonprofits and 3 global charities.

The machines were placed at four locations across the islands:

  • Whalers Village, Maui

  • Prince Kūhiō Plaza, Hawai‘i Island

  • Polynesian Cultural Center (PCC), O‘ahu

  • Ala Moana Center, O‘ahu​

​A Giving Machine Ceremony was held at Washington Place in March 2024, presided over by Governor Josh Greenand First Lady Jaime Green, to announce the year’s totals.

​

Since their introduction to Hawai‘i in 2019, the Giving Machines have continued to grow in impact, with the exception of 2020, when operations were paused due to the pandemic.
